Long Term Water Damage in Conway County

Ever wonder what kind of damage a slow leak can cause? If you look at the before picture you will see the mold growth due to the slow leak from the outside faucet. The materials affected were removed, and  mold and water mitigation was performed by our team.

There are a few things that may possibly prevent this from happening:

• Make sure you disconnect your water hose in the winter time, this keeps the freeze plug from the faucet from freezing. 
• Put a insulated cover over the faucet.
