The mold growth in this home located in Searcy, AR was the result of a hot water heater leak that flooded the basement of the home.There was mold growth that occurred in the stairwell of the home, even though the water did not reach this area. The moisture inside the home was enough to start mold growth through out the

three levels of the home. There was extensive demolition in the basement due to the mold growth in this area and specialized equipment was used in the upper two levels to clean and restore the home. Our customer was happy to get their home back to a safe and livable environment.
